3. Fees and Payment

• The first consultation costs £30, payable before or at the start of the session
• Ongoing support is available for £30 per month, billed monthly in advance
• Payments are processed securely through our payment provider
• All fees are non-refundable except in exceptional circumstances at our sole discretion

4. User Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate and complete information when using our services. You understand that your participation is voluntary, and outcomes depend on your cooperation and circumstances.

5. Confidentiality

We respect your privacy and will keep your information confidential, except where disclosure is required by law or necessary to provide the service (such as connecting you with a specialist).

6. Limitation of Liability
